Va, within 20 miles or so of Lynchburg so its a horrible climate for anyone not completely reactionary :(. For those of you not from around here go on Wikipedia and search for Liberty University if you've never heard of it, (I'm not allowed to post links yet) its a good example of the area's political climate....
