Hello there, I'm from Portugal and I am a convict Marxist_Leninist. I have a profound admiration for what was achieved in USSR and other socialist states in the XX Century, specially the extraordinary economic development and the improvements achieved as far as the standard of living is concerned in that region. I also have a great deal of interest in theory issues. I hope to contribute positively to the political discussions in this very well-known forum.

Yes. Stalin convinced me when he picked up a backward country and left it a global superpower on its way to put a man in space. Why reject or change something that worked so well in terms of practical results back then?
