View Full Version : Is this guy insane?

I was watching some Jiang Zemin interviews on youtube and I stumbled upon this guy "maoistrebelnews2"

http://www.youtube.com/user/MaoistRebelNews2

He has 500 videos and he reminds me a lot of the Norwegian terrorist Berivik. I have been following the Norweigan story and read through his 'manifesto'

We all saw the pictures where he was wearing a military uniform complete with lapels that he probably ordered on ebay, I can just imagine how crazy that is to do. He also spent a year playing WoW and seemed to have a very pathetic social life.

This 'maoist' has to be crazy. I don't mean that he will do what the Norwegian did but would you mind if he is investigated? So many signs were missed. If the 'maoist' does something and makes the news, wouldn't it be ridiculous that he made all these videos and no one looked into it?

Where do we draw the line between political loons and personal rights?

It seems unlikly that this weird guy could do anything violent and insane but the same thing could have been said for the Norwegian.

Not trolling.

I think there was an intelligence failure with the Norwegian terrorist.

Do you think this youtube user should be investigated? Or do you think the Norwegian terrorist shouldn't have been investigated as well?

If something happens like the events in Norway then there are people who, I think rightfully, are upset that more wasn't done to stop it. But at the same time there is the question of 'democratic rights'

Would you be upset if this youtube guy was put on a watch list?

Yeah because he's just some nerd roleplaying on the internet.

Plus uh, I'm not too interested in telling the state who to lock up, frankly.

The youtube guy looks innocent when he uses internet slang and talks about video games but the Norwegian was exactly the same, peppering his 'manfesto' with things like "ftw!" and innocent sounding video game references.

I don't think making stupid videos qualifies for a "watch list", maybe unless a specific person or persons are directly threatened or something like that.

What are you on about? Does MRN frighten you because of his eccentric antics?

You must be trolling or... well it'd be like being MRN, not a good thing. Your always seem to post something really odd like it's trying to get attention or rouse a discussion that is completely pointless and done to death already. Surely you have not missed the many threads of the past discussing MRN and having a laugh at him? You make those absurd threads and post idiotic shit like "lol this dun' look like poverty to me, you must be pampered to think not having water and electricity is poor, blah blah", and not to mention that nonsense about how bloody wealthy you are and your fanciful study. I'm sorry, but this sort of stuff isn't very believable, and you seem politically illiterate. Posts like

Should unemployed people be allowed to vote under socialism?and this isn't the only time you've spewed forth some imbecilic rubbish. Seriously, you're a bloody troll.

Lmao, which other murdering psychopaths played Wow and CS?

I remember hearing about a guy in some game, I can't remember the game.. regardless, he had an argument with some other guy.. it got really heated and this guy told the other guy that he'll kill him (yes, over a game), so this other guy laughed at him, gave him his adress and told him to come kill him. Obviously.. he didn't expect what happened next. The enraged guy bought a several hour flight to the other guys country, went to this other guys house and actually killed him.. fucked up shit.

I donīt understand. What is it about MRN that makes him possibly comparable to Brevik?

24th April 2012, 21:30
Oh yes, let's give the guy the title of 'insane' so no one listens to anything he says. The gentleman who produces MRN is not insane, and claims of insanity are just tools to diminish someone's arguments.

I'm sure my comrades on this forum can agree that they've been called insane at one point or another for having Leftiest views.

I'm also a little skeptical of calling Brevik insane. This would mean that any overzealous radical is insane, which we should be wary of since we don't generally live in countries that have good opinions of Communists or Anarchists. When I was in high school, I had a teacher that declared that Anarchists are insane. Just to play devil's advocate, I brought up how Anarchist Catalonia and Free Territory Ukraine were good examples of working Anarchist societies, but I was treated like an insane person.

My first encounter with MRN:

"Revleft is a bunch of paedophille zionists (http://maoistrebelnews.wordpress.com/2010/09/19/revleft-is-a-bunch-of-pedophile-zionists/)".

He's a harmless loon. Not literally insane (whatever that really means) but very, very confused and too constantly hyper-intense to listen to reason - including his own.

As for comparisons to Brevik...Brevik tried to get cosmetic surgery to look more 'aryan'. Brevik's convinced himself he's part of a giant organisation. Brevik was so entombed in this delusion that he tried to make it real by 'sending a message' with a gun.

Brevik is a deep fantasist, focused on a fantasy hate-figure. MRN makes immensely silly youtube videos, and seems to hate everyone. Neither are insane.

I know that this guy is total coco bananas but I say that in a sad way, not extremist. If anything it looks more like he is taking the piss out of anti-imperialists than anything else. A comedy show.

Only a far-right extremist or ironic internet troll would be daft enough to compare this guy with Anders B Brevik. I don't need to say anymore.

In advance i apologize for having ago, but the only real connection this guy had compared to Breviks behavior, is that the guy is stupid enough to wear a 1950/60s army suit, yet unlike the infamous B, he makes videos and posts them on you tube? Do you not think that this has not alerted the Norwegian secret services somehow already?

Being a communist is not a lifestyle.

It isn't a lifestyle but it should affect your lifestyle. However I don't see how making money on youtube is at all wrong. Just look at it from MRN's perspective; he's being payed to be a revolutionary.

MRN is a bit crazy though isn't he.

I am convinced he will get better and better. If anyone deserves pride of place in the Hollywood Proletarian Walk of Fame it's MRN:cool:
