The kind of stupid shit I have to put up with.

Well, many of my friends from the US have been joining the military over there, and I've been seeing more and more "be thankful for me defending freedom, blah blah" facebook posts lately.

Here is a prime example of the fucking stupidity of posts I get to see. (This fucker is going into the Navy SEALs now)

Do they even think this shit through before they post it? Apparently according to this the guy who doesn't want to go fight a war, is a "pussy"...This stuff frustrates me.

I would but there is no point. I've had enough shitfights over this stuff. What usually happens is they're buddies from the military will join in, not bringing up any actual facts. I'll lose my cool and start posting pictures of dead civilians, and destroyed buildings from US aggression on their posts.

What angers me is this same guy, when we went to school together was a fucking coward, and he still is. He just is an in shape guy and fucks with people weaker than him. He never once opened his mouth to me, or to anyone whom he thought he couldn't get away with mouthing off to. Now he is going to have the audacity to call people "pussies". I just think that if you are going to call people on their supposed cowardice check to make sure you aren't one yourself.

Don't get mad at the insensitive liberal hipster anti-war protesters and proceed to act like a mysoginisic asshole soldiers, You should get mad at the bitter old man and government that want to send you to your death but still made sure in the unlikely event you survive there will be a cozy little underpass to sleep under when you return home.

It's ironic that those who sacrafice the most to preserve a broken system of exploiters and exploited are treated the poorest by absolutely everybody and while much of that can be blamed on the government and they're lack of concern for the welfare of the average working class vet there is still no excuse for civilians who dehumanize these people purely because they contribute to impiralism. They have seen things nobody ever should and if the lies and propaganda of the ruleing class are enough to keep them from loseing every shred of they're sanity through it all who are we to lecture them on why imperialist war is wrong?
