I know this issue has probably been beaten to death in the years prior to my joining RevLeft, but I have felt the urge to address it ever since I have joined this site. What do you guys think about Jason Unruhe and the Maoist Rebel News? I think he brings up some good points at times, but most of the time, particularly with the "Mailbox" thing he does, I am like this: :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:.

My personal favorite was the "death toll of capitalism" list and while it did point out several horrible mass killing that are usually overlooked in the western history books it also managed to give some very questionable numbers not to mention half of the things being in no way related to capitalism (I.e natural disasters, cancer and everything in between)

Overall it ended up being like 1.6 billion and I don't belive anyone takes him or his stupid list seriously.
