adding plural endings to already plural words?

i was just sort of curious, but what's it called when people add plural endings to words that are already plural? sometimes i catch myself doing this but i never noticed it until people here in the midwest pointed it out.
examples:

you guyses (guys) <--- used to hear this a lot
the copses (cops)
a bunch a fakeses (fakes)
etc

like adding swear words in the middle of sentences where they don't make any sense is called an intensifier.
