There is a German artist - one of my favourites - who goes by the name of "Johnny Mauser." His music is almost all in German but the translations can be found across the web. His music is a mixture of street rap to soft rap. Some is beautifully easy listening. If you are able to understand German, you will certainly love his music. If not, maybe you will regardless!
