I googled it and I haven't found an original source that isn't that youtube video. Probably a hoax.

I hope the media is just keeping hush hush about it because the implications it would have if it got attention of a certain group of people. If it is true, it;ll likely garner some attetion from Major media, who are owned by the same people anyway. Telsur is Venezuelan, so there is a chance it is propaganda of somesort.
