While some high schools (http://www.queerty.com/watch-entire-tx-high-school-unites-against-bullying-in-well-choreographed-music-video-20120405/#) in America are still grappling (http://www.queerty.com/four-gay-bullied-students-win-settlement-from-mns-anoka-hennepin-school-district-20120306/) with a bullying epidemic, Cypress Ranch High School in Texas (http://www.queerty.com/watch-entire-tx-high-school-unites-against-bullying-in-well-choreographed-music-video-20120405/#) looks like its got the whole school to say (sing?) no to intimidation.
Set to an original tune called Who Do U Think U R, written and sung by student Kaitlyn K (http://www.youtube.com/redirect?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kaitlynk.com%2F&session_token=y7rh0OWBLZX2Aslvz5YZQ9y22WJ8MTMzMzYz NzgwN0AxMzMzNTUxNDA3), the music video follows various students as they lip-synch the verse and chorus. Theyve got football-holding football players, art geeks, bat-throwing softballers, theater kids, volleyball playersit seems the entire school participated. And it looks like it was all done in one seamless take, which is no mean feat.
If you think theyre as swell as we do, go vote for them in the No Bull anti-cyber-bullying campaign (http://nobull.votigo.com/contests/showentry/1042123?v=50)!

This is an excellent initiative, and a very worthy school project. It is all-encompassing, in that it includes a variety of students, and in a creative, constructive, intelligent, and indeed, a fun way.

The students who participated will probably look back on it as one of the highlights of their school careers.

This is real education.

Now that is solidarity, a very good initiative although I'm not keen on the music. Must of been fun to produce, and everyone participating in the production of it must be proud.

I still am in amazement on how they attracted so many of their peers to participate in such a undertaking. Breathtaking.
