HUGO CHAVEZ, PRESIDENT OF VENEZUELA RETURNS FROM CUBA, FROM HIS RADIATION TREATMENT

Caracas, Venezuela (CNN) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said in a Twitter post Wednesday night that he was heading back to his country after a round of radiation treatment in Cuba. "Taxiing on the runway. Toward the south! ... Long live Venezuela!" a post on the president's official Twitter account said, several hours after officials announced he would be returning. In a string of posts, Chavez said he had finished his second round of radiation treatment and thanked Cuban leaders for hosting him.

Earlier Wednesday, Venezuelan Vice President Elias Jaua said Chavez's second round of radiation therapy was successful and that the president would return to Venezuela on Wednesday. Chavez has been in Cuba since March 25. He began a phase of radiation treatment the next day. Doctors in the Caribbean island nation have operated on him twice to remove cancerous tumors, Chavez has said. The 57-year-old president has not specified the type of cancer he is battling, and the government has released few specifics, fueling widespread speculation about his health and political future.

The outspoken, flamboyant socialist leader has led Venezuela since 1999 and has pledged to run for re-election in October. Venezuela's foreign ministry said Wednesday that Chavez spoke about his health in a lengthy phone conversation the day before with former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva, who recently announced that his own cancer had gone into remission. "President Chavez told his brother Lula that the treatment is going very well, and so is the political and economic situation of Venezuela," Venezuela's foreign ministry said in a statement summarizing the phone conversation.

I have 2 theories of the causes of the cancer of Hugo Chavez. One theory is that his cancer might be caused by chemicals, poor diets, lack of exercise, red meat, a high carbohydrate diet, sedentarism and all the things that causes cancer in most people. Or the theory might be that his cancer was caused by the super-technology of the scientists of US government, thru biological weapons to induce cancer, AIDS, etc.

Although, I just hope that the people of Cuba, the doctors and scientists of Cuba can destroy all the cancer cells of the body of Hugo Chavez. I hope that all the cancer cells get 100% destroyed. But I read that cancer is very dangerous, and some people after get cured from cancer, their cancer returns again. I am into nutrition and diets. And I've read that there is a natural way to prevent cancer and that is by following a Dr. Atkins ketogenic low-carb diet, or even a more radical low-carb which is a zero-carbohydrate diet. This is a good blogger about low-carb dieting: http://www.proteinpower.com

Thanks

you don't think that may be the case?

Of course not. It's ridiculous, and there is no evidence for such a claim.

Many leftists commit the mistake of thinking that socialism ideology is supposed to be ultra-mechanical, ultra-dogmatic, ultra-pragmatic, ultra-psychorigid, very academic, very orthodox just like the Stalinist Dictatorship of USSR, and for some reason I don't understand, they are not *allowed* to believe in "conspiracy theories". They claim that anybody who believes in a conspiracy theory is an ultra-right wing nazi, a member of the KKK, and a follower of David Duke. That's like if a KKK member eats a low-carb diet, and I eat a low-carb diet, i would automatically become a KKK.

And at the same time, many 9-11 truthers despise socialism, and marxism, and many marxists despise the 9-11 truth movement. What a sectarian world.

Man, some people in this world really need some scientific rational thinking, and critical thinking basic courses. That's why this world is doomed because there are many lack of rational thinking in the right-wing, and in the left.

why is it ridiculous.you think the u.s. would admit to it.

No. It seems ridiculous because of the complete lack of evidence, and I also don't think the US would go to such an effort just to give Chavez cancer.

TrotskistMarx

Freepalestines: I think the reason of why many marxist activists, don't believe in conspiracy theories is their dialetic thinking, and their very mechanical thinking. Another reason is that many leaders and burocrats of Marxist Political Parties order their members to reject conspiracy theories. Remember that there is mind-control and mind-manipulation even within many leftist political parties. Where the leaders and chairmans of the marxist parties love to exercise control over the party militants. That's why anarchists hate political parties and governments, because of the burocratization and leaders telling what to do, what to wear, how to think to party members. So I think that's one of the real main reasons of why many marxist activists do not like conspiracy theories. They don't want to be rejected by their party leaders

My great friend, what I mean is that this world is very corrupt and evil. And I know that some things are too crazy to believe. But many corporations and governments do indeed very bad things as pretexts for their objectives

How can it be both mechanical and dialectical?

I like how you explain the rejection of conspiracy theories with another conspiracy theory.

That is the most ridiculous thing that I've read this week. Conspiracy theories are for idiots that don't require evidence that would be required for the scientific rational thinking you just espoused. You are the one who needs a critical thinking course if you believe that the US gave Chavez cancer. Let me guess, you believe in chemtrails and homeopathy too.

Caj
5th April 2012, 05:23
really.what of the coup ,and in nicaragua also
anyway it's not the first time political leaders have been killed by such means

No, it's not. It's also not the first time a foreign leader that the US hates has gotten cancer. Are we supposed to blame every such occurrence on "US super-technology" even if there is a complete lack of evidence?

Caj
5th April 2012, 05:27
forgetting conspracy theorists.
why would there be evidence?

Maybe there wouldn't be, but we shouldn't just assume things if there isn't any.

TrotskistMarx

Well Hugo Chavez said that 9-11 was an inside-job terrorism which makes him a supporter of the 9-11 conspiracy theory movement. Fidel Castro was another one who said 9-11 was an inside job. So according to you that makes Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro idiot. But at least they are real revolutionaries who have been able to overthrow oligarchic governments of Cuba and Venezuela. Hugo Chavez still has a 70% popularity and Fidel Castro is a hero for his people.

What's your point? I don't give a fuck whether they support one or another conspiracy theory. What matters is evidence.

They are real revolutionaries, not depressed cyberpunks like you who think that you have absolute truth of what happens in this world. Because there are no 100% truths, but interpretations of those truth. And that is a fact, I am not an orthodox mechanical marxist or mind manipulated by any marxist political party leader.

"[T]here are no 100% truths. . . . [T]hat is a fact."

And how the fuck you claim that a conspiracy theory cannot be scientific because it doesn't offer any evidence. Of course it can't have evidence because the US government (which you support) erased all the evidence of 9-11.

Unfalsifiable claims. How scientific.

You need more reading on crimes, the motives of crimes. For instance, just because something cannot be proven, doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

What a shit analogy. Ever heard of the phrase "innocent until proven guilty"?

(The rest of your post is just rambling bullshit.)

Which means that from your perspective and your own personal point of view 9-11 was done by 19 crazy terrorists using box cutters. And from my own point perspective and point of view 9-11 was an inside-job done by CIA, Israeli Terrorists, Saudi Arabia Terrorists, and Controlled demolition experts

You just assume I think 9/11 resulted from the actions of 19 terrorists? No, 9/11 never actually happened. It was an alien-reptilian plot to maintain global illuminati hegemony. That's my interpretation, and it's just as correct as yours by your own logic.

a genuine question, how would the US give Chavez cancer? this isn't something like HIV or hepatitis which could be contracted by blood or other fluids, it's not like back in the day when they could put smallpox on blankets, it's not like a nuclear bomb was dropped on Venezuela and we're now seeing the effects. I'm struggling to think of ways it could have actually happened.

Dude, take a look at the picture of Chávez you posted! The guy has got to be over 250 pounds, right? Surely that is the reason he is ill. Talking about US government super-technology just discredits the Left. Their "super"-technology sure as heck never stopped Fidel, who, in his prime, was a hellulva lot more revolutionary than Hugo "13 years in power and Venezuela is still a bourgeois republic with a market economy" Chávez.

it's a widely known fact that the united states practices biological warfare. obviously we cant draw any conclusions, but i dont wanna exclude the possibility.

I love how the US has a super-secret technology that causes cancer in people, but then can't manage to inflict some kind of incurable cancer into their victims.

For omnipotent conspirators, they are quite incompetent, if you guess what I mean.
