I'm new here, so this might have already been discussed but... why are there no fascists allowed in the OI? If we're gonna let ultra-conservatives get in, what disadvantages would there be to having restricted fascists that can only post in OI? I'd actually be interested to hear opinions from one :)

I think there has already been a thread on this before (I did a search for it but didn't find it, but I swear I saw it just the other day). One of the better points made in that thread, one in a series of good points, was that fascists tend to gather information on individuals and groups and could instigate violence against them. They do have a tendency to do that sort of thing.

They do have a tendency to do that sort of thing. In fact this is what RevLeft had to deal with just a few months ago, when there were forum games and an embittered banned user, who had invited all sorts of persons (fascist and non-fascist) from outside RevLeft, decided to have some fascists and a few more of them (who pretended to be leftists or simply benign conservatives so they wouldn't get banned) "take over" RevLeft, assemble private info on others, etc. The end result was a DDoS attack that winded up costing actual money.
Not to mention that there are websites on the net that are basically "HERE ARE SOME HOMO JEW COMMIES, BEAT THEM UP IF YOU SEE THEM."

Use your imagination. I'm sure you can understand why it's just not worth the trouble. They're not like libertarians - we can't actually discuss anything with them. Hence why it doesn't make sense having them around.

1) No platform for fascists.
2) The site is partially owned/operated in Germany, and there are legal consequences for having any pro-nazi type stuff on a wesbite in Germany.

Fascists aren't allowed on the site because they have no intellectual legitimacy to their ideas. Atleast conservatives and libertarians have arguments, Fascists just have anger and conspiracy theories.

Why? Fascism doesn't believe in rational or intellectual debate, why on Earth do you want to hear from people who form conclusions from false premises and appeal to outright emotion to 'win' debate?

It would get boring pretty quick. If you want fascists, I'm sure there's a dark corner of the internet full of such filth somewhere.

Yes and no
Mussolini and some Italian fascists wrote up books describing fascist ideology. They do have arguments. However, your basic online internet fascist (and fascist from the streets as well) tend to be of the "white power" racist/xenophobic kinds and/or are probably ignorant of the tenants of classical fascism so arguing with them is asinine (race is a social/cultural construct; plus inane conspiracy theories).
The main reason why we ban fascists is
1) Leftist commitment to denying a platform for fascists
2) Fascists on this site will try to dig up info so to harm us in some way or fuck this site up
3) German laws have anti-Nazi restrictions
