I'm wondering if any of you have read any of David Harvey's books. I was interested in buying "The Enigma of Capital" or "The Limits of Capital" and was wondering if they were any good and which one was better.

I enjoyed "Enigma" more than "Limits" personally.

I very much liked The Enigma of Capital which recapitulates some of the material from The Limits of Capital.
Another good book by Harvey is A Brief History of Neoliberalism.

enigma is a good introductory marxist text. limits is one of harvey's much heavier and more indepth, theoretical works. you can read engima if completely new to left-wing economics but limits would be more of a challenge imo
