How mature. It doesn't matter if Stalin was a socialist or not, he still presided over a capitalist state.

I belive your mistaken because Before kruschev got his filthy little hands on it and turned it into just another one of the capitalist cesspool of the world, the Soviet Union was a 3rd world coutry turned economic superpower that validated the theories ideas of Marx, Engels and Lenin.

We are both entitled to our opinions and I don't really feel like a tendency war so I leave you with that. Have a nice day.

And behold the glorious idea of revisionism. No revolution, no invading army. Just a change of ideas at the leadership changed the whole economic mode of society practically over night.

I'm not sure about Lenin, but it certainly validated the theories of Marx and Engels with their categories for describing a capitalist society.

Fine, there's plenty of other threads where this is brought up and I hope the new comrade here, welcome as they are, will take time and read over them instead of taking things a priori.

As mature as being unable to contain your anti-Soviet drivel for a single introduction thread? There are literally dozens of threads where you can talk about this, stop trolling and go to one of them.

Welcome, I think we need to look back on the days of the Paris Commune, to really get a sense of what we struggle for, not the Soviet Union.

I agree Left-Communists, Anarchists and other deviant ideologies are gross and should be exterminated politically by the power of the revolutionary working class who has rejected these ideologies as bourgeois idealism and ultra-leftism.

Welcome comrade and just to add (trot ideas) to the mess that this thread became in the fighting between ultra-lefties and stalinists...The first years were moving towards socialism but the revolution was derailed by the bureaucracy.
