Of course it's not a level playing field. It's total bullshit out there for anyone of hispanic descent. I have family out there from Chile. They're shit on by the white supremecist government out there. Doesn't make mexican nationalists (who sure as fuck don't represent my family) right to want to push out anyone of non-spanish european (like my Aunt, who is irish and not my Chilean uncle) , african or asian descent. Groups like La Raza (regardless of white supremicist propaganda) are actually doing good things to help out ALL hispanic peoples around the country, because they're NOT nationalists. ALL nationalists suck ass, regardless of whether or not one's in power or not. There's no good reason to be trying to push out people out of their homes based on their ethnicity, regardless of which imperialist power you're supporting. This organization is more or less non-existent, it's allegedly based in Mexico (there's no reference to its existence within the Mexican-American and Mexican immigrant communities), and if it did exist I figure it's much much more smaller than the amount of racist/xenophobic anglos in the Southwest.
