Classically, it meant one who supported the soviet invasion of Hungary, but over the years and on the internet the connotation has shifted to mean one who is obsessive with the soviet aesthetic, with little to no substance.

Kruschy has some good and some bad. like his whole peaceful coexistence. it was wrong that he though soviet socialism would outlast imperialism, and he was wrong to appease the west and deepen the divide with other socialist states but at the same time humanity could not face the threat of a nuclear war and more large scale bloodshed.

then again, some of his policies were outgrowths of stalins policies, which also had shortcomings. i mean STALIN IS INFALLIBLE (repeat ad nauseum).
