After the Patriot Act, the Bill against the Freedom of Information Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, comes to you an Executive Order (EO) signed by Obama on March 16, that shows how nervous the Corporate/State Sector is getting: "The National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order":

Sec. 601. - Secretary of Labor, delegates special responsibilities to the Secretary of Labor as it involves not just materials citizens will need for survival, but the actual citizens themselves.

(1) collect and maintain data necessary to make a continuing appraisal of the Nation's workforce needs for purposes of national defense;
(2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of Selective Service in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services;
(3) upon request from the head of an agency with authority under this order, consult with that agency with respect to: (i) the effect of contemplated actions on labor demand and utilization; (ii) the relation of labor demand to materials and facilities requirements; and (iii) such other matters as will assist in making the exercise of priority and allocations functions consistent with effective utilization and distribution of labor;[QUOTE/]

I think that the ruling class of the USA is doing this because the total collapse of the USA is around the corner. (Even before 2025, the year that CIA predicted the collapse of America)

I read in the book "The Will to Power" by Fredrich Nietzsche, where Nietzsche said that old chinese visionary thinker claimed that when empires are on the edge and on the tip of its final collapse, they apply and implement an excess regime of laws, codes and regulations. I think that the ruling classes of empires that are on the collapsing-stage do that to prevent a very fast collapse. In other words so that the ruling class can at least enjoy their pleasures for a longer time, before being overthrown by the oppressed classes, that will be the new rulers.

Another point I would like to add this is that even Nietzsche who was a non-leftist philosopher predicted in that same book, that the working class will be the ruling class of the world. And indeed even Einstein and many other non-socialism thinkers predicted the coming of socialism, after the total collapse of the capitalist system all over the world.

The sociologist Immanuel Wallerstein claimed that the whole world will be socialist around the year 2030. However since most regular joes out there in the whole world are so entertained by TV, by stupid cell phones and by the excess of stupid gadgets and toys and movies. I really don't believe that in 2030 most humans will be educated enough to vote for socialist marxist parties or to support socialist marxist parties in anti-capitalist-governments revolutions around that year 2030

Several police officers have been arrested in Venezuela after the teenage daughter of a Chilean diplomat was shot dead in the western city of Maracaibo, BBC reported on Sunday. Karen Berendique, 19, died when police opened fire on the car she was in. Police say the car - driven by the teenager’s brother - failed to stop at a police checkpoint. The officer in charge of the inquiry, Jose Humberto Ramirez, promised transparency and said a special commission had been set up.

Mr Ramirez said the shooting was an isolated incident which was not representative of the force as a whole. Police said the officers had been looking for a gang involved in robberies and car thefts. Ms Berendique’s father, Fernando Berendique, who is the Chilean consul in Maracaibo, said his son had been driving his sister to a birthday party.

He said that they came across a police patrol who pointed guns at them, instead of asking them to stop. The consul said his son panicked and the officers opened fire. Mr Berendique said the car had six bullet holes in it. His daughter was hit three times. “My God, what kind of people are they?” he asked. “It is the product of irresponsibility and the product of a lack of respect for human life here,” he said. “It was the act of some functionaries who did not have a lot of experience and these are the the consequences.”
