Is it possible to not acknowledge the laws of your country?
I recently got my moped drivers license and my moped might ride slightly harder than legally approved (not sure yet), and it made me think. Is it possible, when a cop pulls you over and wants to give you a ticket, to say: 'I'm sorry but I do not acknowledge the laws and justition of this country, so you have no power over me'?
I mean, the fact that I was born here, does not mean I agree with every law in this country...
So is it legally possible in some way, if you would say it right?
The cops would probably just laugh at me and give me a ticket anyway, but it is more the principle.

They'd laugh at you and arrest you.

Well, not arrest me, just give me a ticket if they have a reason, and other wise just laugh and let me go. But is it in some way possible?
I never signed anywhere that said that I accept and acknowledge the Laws and Justition on my country. Can they just force it upon me?

Can they just force it upon me?Yes. This is how the state works.

Isn't there a tiny small hole in the maze of laws that states that the state has no power over people since it is a 'free democracy'? Maybe from the liberals during the Industrial Revolution era?

Laws on the Road will probably exist regardless of what state of affairs are in place. You can still not be a dumbass but oppose the Bourgeois dictatorship.

Yeah... It probably won't work....:(
But I'm gonna try it anyway. Just see what their respond is.

You cannot ignore the laws of your country. Part of the definition of a state is that it enforces its laws on whomever happens to be on its territory. If you say something about "not acknowledging your laws" they'll probably just think you are on drugs.
To quote chairman Mao: "Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun".

The problem, op, is that though the government likes to talk about the "consent of the governed" in fact it could care less about your consent and your consent is not necessary.
The tools of state machinery persuade themselves that you've given your "tacit consent" by choosing to continue to live in the society, therefore they can rule over you. Let's set aside for the moment that the presumption of tacit consent on the part of the rulers (as opposed to the ruled) is at best incredibly convenient and at worst still quite inadequate to build a case that you "consented" to being governed.
Since one cannot realistically live anywhere else (and in many cases cannot legally live elsewhere in the modern nation state system) this is like saying you choose to go to the bathroom - as opposed to what precisely is unknown, but nor does it matter. The point is you chose to go to the bathroom, so if you get maimed by the tiger they keep in the toilet stall you have only yourself to blame.

You can ignore the law if it isn't enforced. For example there are people who drive without a license or insurance. There are different reasons for why they do this.
