How Does the Retirement System Work in a Communist Society ?

Do they use Social Security or something like that or anything?

I would say, those that can work should work, those that can't work still receive what they need: from each according to his ability, to each according to his need. That seems pretty straightforward to me.

Thats what I needed to know:

Some people think that in Communism when you can't work anymore than you can't get housing, medicare, etc, etc.
