I really would like to play this game but i am still worried its single player just doesn't live up to my expectations.
I loved world in conflict but this game is more large scale and with the resource management of ammo and fuel among other things i am concerned that this becomes too much micro for my tastes.
This game has realistic weapons range and along with my anti air fetish i really want to try out some soviet anti air systems against NATO.
If anyone of you plays this game could you give me a short review and an estimation of how much time the sp campaign lasts and how well its replayable ?

I also loved WiC, this looks like it has some real potential but I'd like to try it first. Since there's no torrents I could find to try out SP, it'll probably have to wait. I'm not splurging £30 on a game I might play for an hour and never pick up again. I've heard the MP has some balance issues. Currently watching some shoutcasts of the game on YT to gauge if it's like WiC or if it's like Ruse (which was shit).
edit...
Found a playthrough of the SP campaign, looks like there's 22 missions which is pretty substantial.

Its from the makers of Ruse and thats why i am so cautious.

The Ruse influence is there, but from watching some multiplayer games it kinda reminds me of Total War. It's certainly no World in Conflict, which is disappointing.

update: well i got it, and so far its so-so. it seems to have a steep learning curve but it runs great on my machine with 4 gigs of ram and an HD3650 512mb card and and AMD5000+ 2.4-6GHz processor. the concept is cool, definitely not like WiC though. so far im playing the solo and its enjoyable.
if anyone ends up getting it let me know, we can do some compstomps and crush the NATO pigs

Got the game shame you can not get those unit unlock stars through skirmish.
Hopefully the upcoming compstomp patch will include that though.

Hi all,
Despite what you may think, we're not spending our time still celebrating the release. http://www.wargame-ee.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
Here is a preview of what we’re presently working on at Eugen to improve Wargame in a near future, based on the requests and suggestions we’ve had from the community on this forum:
- Comp Stomp: It’s being tested as I speak (well, write). It takes more time that stated two weeks ago because we’ve decided not to just transpose the solo campaign’s AI, but to improve it especially for the multiplayer in order to give it sharper teeth. Thus more challenge, be warned … http://www.wargame-ee.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif
- Ability to ping the map .
- New Game Modes & Victory Conditions
- New Multiplayer Maps
- Possibility to watch old replays from previous versions.
Yet, we’re working on this in parallel with the daily technical assistance, balance tests and fixes, … and all of this takes time. More time actually than some, whom enthusiasm we’re nonetheless grateful of, would actually grant us between an interesting (and, especially, feasible) suggestion and its implementation. But be sure we’re working hard to improve the game. Some of the features I’ve mentioned above, especially Comp Stomp & Ping, should be available quickly. Other will take more time to be designed, validated, tested and then implemented. We’re talking of weeks may be, not just a few days.
We’re taking your feedbacks and suggestions into accounts. All we’re asking in return is for your support and to be patient, all of this will be made available ... soon enough … http://www.wargame-ee.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
No clue what ping means here though.

Unfortunately the only things I can find and trust are on private trackers and I don't have any invites. Sorry, guy.
