I recently heard that Vladimir Zhirinovsky promised to take over the Baltic countries and start a was against Europe, if he become the president.
Is this true? and does anybody have a link to some of his speeches in English?
Or a website where he has written down his speeches.

He has also threatened to forceably reunite the Russian Empire, retake Alaska from the United States, nuke Georgia, invade Japan, dump nuclear waste in the Baltics, retake Finland...

He is almost certainly bullshitting to try and win over the worryingly large nationalist-leaning population in Russia. I wouldn't take anything he says seriously. But one thing's for sure: he has a lot of political power in Russia, it's hard to comprehend that a guy like him is a serious presidential candidate.

Btw: SU never had Finland, they could have take over it, but didn't because of the islands SU got to protect Leningrad etc.

Whenever I watch videos of him, it's like standup comedy. He's a clown, which is all there is to him. And everyone, including his supporters, know this.

He is not a serious contender and doesn't pretend to be. He's seen by everyone in Russia as a clown, 'clown' is the exact word most people use to describe him.

He is a well educated man though and doesn't actually believe half the things he says.

Well if you've ever played call of duty you probably know all you need to know about the guy.
I mean if this were a comic book I think he would make a good supervillan. Ethnic supremacist wants to kill everyone else, has more than nuclear weapons, grade A material.
