This is going to sound retarded but here goes....
I have heard from a fairly reliable source (of which I can't mention on the internet) that Cuba exports cocaine, namely to the United States. :o
Now I'd imagine it's hard to get away with much in Cuba that is not known by the government. So if my informant is telling the truth, Cuba engages in imperialism. I have also heard of a theory from some Central Americans, that it is the aim of many to "fuck" the US with coke as they put it. What I don't understand is how this is justified.
Even if you were to call this a tactic of war, I'm sure even Sun Tzu would dissagree, fucking the American people is only gonna help the powerful Americans.
