It's still unclear what's exactly happening there (there's not much info in Russian, and I can't read Azeri even with help of a Google translator), but here are the videos:

As far as I can understand, it all started when a petty criminal got arrested, and his relatives and friends demanded his release (a typical situation in the Caucasus). Then a town mayor said something insulting (not clear what exactly). It enraged the local population, and they allegedly burned 2 of 4 mayor's houses. It's unknown if the Lezgin separatists were involved, and what's happening there right now (Azerbaijan is basically a police state, so I expect an attempt of brutal crackdown), but it was already dubbed "the second Zhanaozen" by some Russian media outlets.
