Is it true? Is Micheal Jackson a child molestor?

Of course he is. We all knew that ten years ago. The man belongs in prison. But first he needs to be beaten severely by the police. They should take him in, turn off all the cameras, and introduce this punk to their batons. What a fucking skank he is.

Maybe it's just me. But I like the police. I was one of the few who said that the police were wrong for beating Rodney King. Don't get me wrong. Their mistake wasn't hitting that dark son-of-a-*****. Their mistake was not hitting him harder. They should have taken him back to the precinct and really let the motherfucker have it.

Anyway, back to Michael. What is to be done? Well, in a perfect world, comrades, he'd be shot. Of course, we'd have the common decency to cornhole him first. Might as well let him leave the world with a smile on his face, the motherfucker.

It so happens that the lawyer of the victim is the same of the supposed victim 10 years ago.

Michael Jackson is a weirdo, but he probably did not do any molesting. The mother just 6 months ago was saying nice things about him. She sounds manipulative.

I find it disgusting that so many people think that sleeping with children is bad. Quite a few parents do it, and nothing in relation to sexual activities happen. Some people have dirty minds, perhaps?

That doesn't mean Jackson is not guilty of child molesting, but that's my five cents.

The thing about this case is, there hasn't been a lawsuit filed, which means it may not be about the money. The police seized Jackson's house, found videotapes, pictures and letters in the exact place the kid said it was. They also took tapes from an attorney of Jackson's.

There are many things to say this may be the real deal. It wouldn't suprise me one bit if he is convicted.

Nobody said sleeping in a bed with childeren is bad. The thing is, these aren't Jackson's kids or any one he is close with. These are kids that come to Jacksons mansion that he is not related to in any way, and he is sleeping in a bed with them without their parents there. JACKO ABUSE CASE DOUBTS

The credibility of the boy who accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him is in doubt following a claim he recently signed legal papers saying the pop star "never acted inappropriately".

It has also emerged that the boy's family has launched two other abuse-related lawsuits in the past.


The new developments came amid signs that the health of the 12-year-old cancer survivor at the centre of the allegations has deteriorated.

San Francisco assistant district attorney Kimberly Guilfoyle Newsom said she had heard a 20-minute tape in which the boy, his mother and brother say Jackson "never acted inappropriately".

Lawsuits

Ms Newsom told CNN that the accuser and his mother had also signed an affidavit earlier this year, stating that Jackson never abused him.

The development could undermine the case against the 45-year-old star unless prosecution lawyers can prove that abuse happened after the tape and affidavit were produced.

Meanwhile, it emerged that the family of the accuser accepted a settlement payout of nearly £90,000 two years ago after claiming they were beaten by security guards at a department store.

Bitter divorce

They said the boy, his brother and mother were assaulted after the boy left a shop with clothes he had not paid for.

The mother also alleged she was sexually assaulted by one of the guards.

The boy's parents also went through a bitter divorce in which his mother claimed spousal abuse and child cruelty.

Jackson is scheduled to appear in court on January 9.

I might be the minority here, but I still think the freak's innocent.

Sure he's a fucking weirdo, but I don't think that automatically convicts him. My main reason for thinking that he's innocent is that in his possition, it would be a really big fucking risk to pull that shit, and while he's a freak, he's no moron. So I don't care what kind of "evidence" (other than eyewitness accounts from his guards or videos showing the actual events) is stacked up against him, I'm still going to be on his side.

Im with you on this one, I hope he gets nailed guilty or not, and that goes for all the bourgeois. Unfortunately, he has the money to buy his way out off this situation. He'll have the most expenive lawyer that money can buy, and the entire jury will believe him word for word. If children are still going to his mansion, then it seems that the parents do no have a problem with it.

I do not deny that he has possibly done wrong with some of the children (one is pressing charges), but that doesn't mean that he is doing anything. But that is only one pressing charges, out of the many.

As for "a man that is not close with a child should not be sleeping in a bed with them unsupervised", that is your opinion. As long as he doesn't do anything he shouldn't be doing (sexually or otherwise), then there is nothing wrong with that.

He is an extremely strange character, but the brief video clips I have seen with him playing with children in his estate have seen fairly good relationships, despite these short times they spend there.

I don't believe he is guilty of molesting this child. We'll have to wait and see though.

I'm not trying to say whether he did it or no, that is up for the courts to decide, but I do believe he has acted carelessly at best, I think alot of what he has admitted to doing is very wrong. Does anyone remember when he payed off the last kid who accused him with $15 million ?

I do think it's odd how many people are convinced of his innocence. I don't find it that hard to believe. The man obviously has severe emotional problems. I think in alot of ways he really does care for childeren, I just think is slightly insane. As I said, who knows if he did it or not, but I do not find it hard to believe.

As for this Michael Jackson ordeal I see little sense in worrying ones head over the affair in that it is a case for the authorities and one which,like any other,will be carried out and decided based upon that one factor which plays the defining role in a capitalist society ... money&#33;

It is quite easy to recognize the fact that Michael Jackson has the ear-marks of a deranged individual by the fact of his constant alterations to his appearance,this in turn reveals a great deal concerning his psyche,it is apparent that he wishes to hide something,these cosmetic changes expose an individual attempting to deny himself and those things he practices in secret.

Michael Jackson possesses great talent,I would even go as far as saying that he borders on genius,and as is the case with most artistic geniuses one often has a dark side of monsterous proportions.

It may be that Michael Jackson had a traumatic childhood,and although it is easy to sympathize with such unfortunates,still,as a man he should have sought professional help and took personal responsibility in making the proper adjustments to his own psyche.

I despise above all other things the idea of someone trying to live an inauthentic life,why deny oneself or pretend to be what one isnt? ... I d much rather keep company with a self-professed coward than a pretenious hero.

There is no need to speak of what one was or wishes to be but rather what one is in the present moment.

I can only speak for Ireland, but I&#39;d imagine it&#39;s across most of the developed nations, a few days after the announcment of the warrant for Jackson&#39;s arrest, advertisments for his new release, "Number Ones" were to be seen on Television.

Hmmm... I am pretty sure that Michael Jackson has done nothing wrong to the children... Seems like a lousy way for the kids parents to earn some money... Sleeping in the same room or bed with a child is not wrong, there hasn&#39;t been any apparent signs from the so-called "victims" that Michael has done anything wrong, just seems like the parents is making the fuzz...

I just hope that when he dies he won&#39;t be remembered as a child molester, he has done many great things that people seems to have just forgotten, and he has made some of the best music in the world, and no one can disagree with that...
