Its obvious, the institution of economic power not only picks the most corruptable and unethical people, but also makes them more corrupt and unethical.

So how do you fix that? You don't ask to punish the people in those positions (as if their problem is some moral failing), you don't ask for new people in those positions, you get rid of the institution i.e. Capitalism.
