Howdy. Location: Zagreb, Croatia; a physics teacher nearing the age of 40.
Something to think about: why the hell haven't I looked for a forum like this before.
Why Left: I have an IQ over 80 and am not a sociopath or a psychopath. However, since that is (obviously) not enough, I am yet to find out where the problem lies with other people. Probably the IQ scale is broken but someone with more authority needs to confirm that. On the other hand, there was this recent study that showed that conservatives are less intelligent than liberals so...
Since when: forever, apparently. When I was around 20 I found out that my grandpa was a member of the commy security service, mid-echelon, but there was (obviously) never much talk about it in the house so that probably never influenced my opinions. By the way, he was expelled in 1952 which is actually a funny story, may tell it one day.
Also, I'm almost a semi-public figure; I have a blog under my name, never hidden my beliefs and haven't had any problems so far, regardless the public climate being pretty traditional and conservative here. Guess I'm socialising with the wrong people. Also helps that I always try being reasonable, even when insulting people.
So, in short, howd'y'all, glad to be here. Real curious what comes out of it.
