I've lurked for a couple of days, and I like what I see. So, I signed up!

I'm a Marxist-Humanist/Trotskyist, and heavily influenced by Raya Dunayevskaya. I take the stance that the USSR was not a "Degenerated workers state" but State Capitalism. I'm also very interested in the occupy movement, and I'm a fan Zizek!

Also, Im an atheist, but i dont think that matters....to anyone...

welcome. why was the USSR state capitalism? No, dont answer, it's not that important if you are a beginner, at least you are on the right track.
