I'd say I hate most of it. I've heard some that is interesting though. But some is just so damn monotonous, maybe if I took some E while I listened but that doesn't interest me either.

Those damn kids blasting their tek-no music on their Hi Fi's.

What the hell is techno anyway?

I listen to Trance, Hard Trance, Hard House and Happy Hardcore.

Just what is Techno?

Death to Techno! Long Live Trance!

Edit: I love to play my music as loud as I can, because I'm annoying like that.

Eww techno! There's nothing about techno that amuses me. Damn repetitive thumping is all I hear. Okay like maybe one song every once in a while is fine but not really even then. They're like 15 minutes long! Ahhh! I remember back in middle school I thought it would be sooo cool to go to a club with glow sticks and flashy chlothes :lol: :lol: I don't hate all techno or dance or trance (I can't tell the diff.) though. Just most of it.

Hell yeah, I like my music loud too! Bump some of my shit on these 12s. OH yeah :D Too bad that's not my car :lol:

Funky Techno is nice, sort of like the stuff that Ken Ishii (http://www.kenishii.com/) spins...But for me, my best dance genre is still Drum n Bass!

Not any of that shit, techno is a soiled term. Electronica is more useful as it encompasses the real experimentalists like Kraftwork or Carl Craig. The early dub reggae experimentalists used a scientific approach to create new sonic avenues which are still explored today across all veins of music...

I like to create strange waves of sounds with my theremin, one day we may be able to shoot spaceships to the moon powered by electronic music..

Did you know? There is such a thing as a hydrofied modifier of silence...

Drum & Bass - A direct descendant of dub & hip hop, it's main purveyors - Dillinja, London electricity, Suv, Roni Size, Krust, Lemon D, Photek, Ram, Adam F, Andy C etc... Are directly responsible for progressions in both musical engineering and hardware creation. Now anyone with a PC and a bit of musical nouse can create tracks at home, I envisage a future where everyone creates their own music..

Still, sometimes I think it's all a load of bollox, right I'm off on me hols...

Bleh, try Lords of Acid - Clockwork Orange, DJ Tiesto - Nyana, and Darude - Ecstacy. Listen to those three, then tell me you dont like Techno :)

I'm picking up good vibrations, man. What I wouldn't give to have a theremin.

Anyway, I can conclusively say that what you all are calling techno is shit. Dub is art, but techno is so mindless and repetitive. I heard the Lords of Acid tune and it only reinforces me point. Sorry fellas

Yeah, drum n bass from Down Under rocks! I've heard that the scene in Melbourne is quite a lively one. Well, better than Kuala Lumpur, at least. ;)

Give me breaks any day of the week. Rabit in the Moon, Monkey Mafia, Asian Dub Foundation, and Icey are all good.

Hey, guess what chaps?

I despise "Techno", "Rap", "Trance", AND "Drum & Bass"!
The Jungle is very interesting though.

It all sounds the same to an uncultured swine such as myself; 'THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP'.
<yawn>
<zzzzzzzzzzz>
I choose Classic Rock and Jazz - a bit of innovation, that's what I like.

All DJ Sammy is pop trance rubbish.

Where's Paul Van Dyke? Agnelli & Nelson? Ferry Corsten? Tunnel Trance Force? Shpongle? Infected Mushroom?

Have you even heard of Goa trance?

Anybody into Hard House?
Currently Lisa Lashes, Mauro Picotto and Chris Hampshire are my favourites.
