Yugoslavian Statistics?

Does anybody have a statistic over improvments that happen after Yugoslavia got created?

How many people got increased salary? and by how much?
How much did the living standard increase?
How did the health care work etc.

If anybody has that information I would really like to get my hands on it! :D
