Does anybody have any suggestions of music to calm me down? The problem I have is that I really fucking love oi! and keep listening to it until it gets me really hyped up, but I have no outlet for all the energy, so I just feel internal tension. So I guess I'm looking for something a little more low-key, but not lame. (That's really broad, but I will give almost anything a try.)

I tend to enjoy classical music, as it's good for both inspiration as well as relaxation. A lot of people don't really like it though, so sorry if you don't.

Some good ones are:

Corelli's Trio Sonata Op.1, No.5. Starts out relatively slowly, then begins to develop and moves into the faster portion, then winds down once more.

Handel's Zadok the Priest (Coronation Anthem No. 1). Although it's somewhat fast paced, it's still pretty good to just sit back and listen to (if you have the time to do such).

Bach's Well Tempered Clavier No.1 in C major. Pretty light throughout, good to listen to when doing something else. The fugue is probably the best part, as the multiple voices really start to develop.

(I'd post links, but I don't have a high enough post count, sorry)
