Just made an omelet with tomato, onions, cheese, and turkey bacon.

2 days ago for the first time I fried some fish and squeezed some lemon juice to mix in with melted butter and poured it over the fish. Had some asparagus with it. Delicious. Maybe I'll add salt or something next time, I feel like it could be better.

Relatively fresh baked Sourdough bread with roasted garlic hummus (will eat all the hummus in one sitting), grapefruit juice. As a side note while I was grocery shopping today I got the worst ketchup craving I've ever had and bought ketchup. I don't really have anything normal or even 'commonly odd' to put the ketchup on so I'll probably try noodles of some sort (garlic? curry?) with ketchup on it. If I'm feeling extremely lazy I'll just do top ramen and ketchup.

I enjoyed my last meal, which was a Thai buffet. Nice, light soup and salad with a couple of nice spring rolls. Breakfast/Lunch: Cup of yogurt

Dinner: boiled crawfish, a cob of corn, a red potato

Dak's comment on self-caught fish makes me want to go down to my grandma's house and fish so I can have catfish and redfish for dinner tomorrow. Last time I sat out there for about two hours and had enough catfish and redfish for me, my dad, and my grandma to have two meals each. When I get back to Atlanta, the only place I'm willing to eat the fish out of only really has sac a lait (not sure of the English name, to be honest. It's a small-ish fish with a white belly and a light flavor) and I have to drive for an hour to get there.

Well, I follow a ketogenic diet. My keto diet from breakast until night has the following foods. So these are the foods that you will need to buy: eggs, egg-beaters, cooking spray, brocoli, green cabbage, chicken, chicken leg quarters, butter, Body Fortress whey protein powder, Diet-Coke, Nutrasweet diet-sugar, Bustelo espresso coffee, an egg-separator (a small cooking gadget that separates egg-whites from the egg-yolks)

BREAKFAST: (25 grams of fat. 300 calories)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
a bit of vinegar
half tea-spoon of salt
3 packets of nutrasweet diet-sugar
Blend all ingredients in juice-blender and pour into hot cooking frying pan, sprayed with cooking spray and cook like a regular pancake at low fire

LUNCH: (15 grams of fat. 500 calories)
8 ounces to 9 ounces of cooked baked chicken
A small serving of steamed cooked green vegetables (brocoli and green cabbage)

(Note: For the vegetables, you must buy 4 bags of 2 lbs. of frozen brocoli, you can find them in frozen vegetables section of supermarkets, and 2 green cabbages. Cook the 4 2 lb. bags with a cup or 2 of water, until they are steamed and dry. Shred the 2 green cabbages, and cook them with a 1 cup or 2 cups of water until they are totally cooked and steamed. Mix the brocoli with the steamed green cabbage in a big bowl or pot. After they are steamed cooked, separate and divide them into about 7 to 9 bowls. Each bowl will only have 16 grams of carbohydrates. This amount of carbohydrates is great, because you will get the other 5 grs. or 10 grams of carbohydrates from the trace amount of carbohydrates in whey protein powder, meats and eggs.)

DINNER # 1 7PM (30 grams of fat. 350 calories)
3 eggs

a bit of vinegar
1/4 cup of egg-beaters
half tea-spoon of salt
3 packets of nutrasweet diet-sugar
2 tablespoons of butter

Blend all ingredients in juice-blender and pour into hot cooking frying pan, sprayed with cooking spray and cook like a regular pancake at low fire

DINNER # 2 8 PM (30 grams of fats. 350 calories)
3 eggs
1/4 cup of egg-beaters
a bit of vinegar
half tea-spoon of salt
3 packets of nutrasweet diet-sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon of butter

Blend all ingredients in juice-blender and pour into hot cooking frying pan, sprayed with cooking spray and cook like a regular pancake at low fire

SNACK IF HUNGRY BEFORE BED OR BETWEEN MEALS (ABOUT 200 CALORIES): 8 oz. of egg whites, a bit of egg-beaters, a drop of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 packets of nutrasweet diet sugar or splenda diet sugar, 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Pour all ingredients into a julice blender, and blend for about 20 seconds. Pour mix into a hot frying pan and cook like a pancake.

TOTAL AMOUNT OF CALORIES: 1800 CALORIES. 100 GRAMS OF FATS (1000 CALORIES OF FATS DIVIDED INTO 1700 TOTAL CALORIES IS 58%. 58% OF THE DIET IS FAT CALORIES. SO THIS IS A DR. ATKINS KETOGENIC DIET THAT WILL BURN FAT !!

THE EXERCISE ROUTINE

MREs are okay if you avoid things with cheese. The manicotti is the worst. Holy shit, government cheese lives up to its reputation. I remember liking black beans & rice with diced chicken or something similar. Adding seasonings is the best way to do it, like Tony Chachere's or Cavender's No-Salt Greek Seasoning

How did you cook it? Did it come with the self-heating cooking pouch / water packet?

They give them out by the box (case) for free in south Louisiana during hurricane season. I was chillin out there for about six months in 2008 and MREs were most of my food. One a day, eat the entree for lunch, the sides for dinner, and you're good. Fuck breakfast. Maybe some grape juice. Walk everywhere to not gain weight.

I thought it was funny, when people started mentioning the deceased Albanian leader in the anything but Hoxha thread. Then someone wrote, "I Hoxha so," which made me laugh. It must be a tough row to hoe, presenting Albania as a socialist country. I don't envy the Hoxha-ists one bit.

Never had Chimay. But Innis and Gunn is well good ale, and pretty strong too. It spends some time in barrels that have contained whiskey, and as sweetish taste, with a hint of whiskey flavour. Wicked stuff.

I like Badger ales. They do a Golden Champion, which is light in colour, 5% vol, and has a really fruity flavour. I love the stuff, and have been necking it pure over the last few days.

Tonight I had chicken in passata with peppers, roasted new potatoes, broccoli and mixed vegetables, fruit salad, and homemade chocolate cake.
