How do anarcho-capitalists imagine the removal of the state to be? Who exactly should lead the revolution? Would it be the working class, the capitalists or something else? Do the anarcho-capitalists just believe that an-cap society will pop up magically one day?
In other words, is anarcho-capitalism just nothing else but an intellectual novelty, advocated by utopians with no practical way of achieving that kind of society?

Counter-economics and illegalism. Tax resistance, black markets, etc. These would undermine the state.

I think that angry small-business-people will take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them. Or something. Though maybe they're waiting to ride the proletarian prometheus to triumph while sitting on his shoulder urging him to put them in control.

Err, yeah.

I debated with an ancap once, he didn't really have a solid answer to that question. He said something like "anything can be solved by winning the intellectual debate"
