The experts were commissioned by the Royal Society, the UK's national academy of sciences, to investigate new developments in neuroscience that could be of use to the military. They concluded that the Government may be preparing to exploit a loophole in the Chemical Weapons Convention allowing the use of incapacitating chemical agents for domestic law enforcement.

Not the least bit surprised at this.

The morphing of the UKs civil police forces into para-military police forces has been hidden in plain sight for years now.

It wont be long until the Torys have PC Plod on the beat in mainland UK Citys with MP5s and Glock hand guns much like they do in the North of Ireland.

Because they can not learn from mistakes like the moscow theater disaster where the police accidentally gassed the hostages from the 129 dead the autopsy revealed that 128 died because of the gas only 1 was dead by gunfire.
