im tring to understand whats going on with all the freetrade stuff.i dont know where i stand cause i really dont understand what its all about.
i want to understand the idealism behind both sides before i can make an educated decision on what and where i stand with this.
i feel the only way to learn and understand without a smoke screen to blind me from the truth is to ask others educated with this subject.
all opionions and education on this subject is much appreciated.
thank you

Let's say that some big rich guy who spend a big part of his salary in the gym and buying weapons wants to take away all the food from a poor weak young boy who produced it in the small piece of land he inherited from his father by paying him 1 cent and telling the kid that he will be rich with that cent if he does it everytime he can produce more. But he will also try to make everyone support him and make police officers who realize that this big man is stealing him actually support him and defend him without trying to oppose this unfair trade. Then he will try to sell him what his big business produce, and as a cent isnt enough to buy that (especially because the kid will have to buy food and pay other needs), this boy will have to sell what his small land produces from time to time to this man, to save money to live and some day, maybe buy those beautiful hi-tech things the big man promises that he will have if he keeps selling him. As he wont be able to survive with such a few quantity of money, he will have to sell the rich man his small piece of land for a few more cents, and then he will become his employee to survive. Then he will gain a few cents that wont be enough to feed the children he will have once he grows up and marries.

That's the basic economical idea of globalisation. They want to have a free market, which of course means letting the big yanqui corporations and the military they support control the economy of the world. They will spread in all countries, put factories where's cheaper, ruin small business, making their owners sell them to survive such pressure, enslave people with wages, ruin the environment to have more materials to produce wealth, but of course that the poor in the small 3rd world countries will not even have a land where they can leave.
