I remember liberals being a hell of a lot more militant back in the times to Air America but with the arrival of Obama it really seemed to have pacified them quite a bit.

How can we analyze this in the context of the growth of neo-liberal thought. I remember it was the subject of hatred towards the left. They would say things like WMD's are false and are a mere excuse for US warmongering. They would even criticize the troops. And now we don't have Randi Rhodes, and Al Franken is a corporate hack.
Was the death of air America the last neoliberal attack. And is the age of neoliberalism approaching its end.
