hey guys! new to RevLeft and have been heavily researching Anarchism for about a year now. I want to become a political organizer but obviously I need experience and so I have decided to start with starting a local chapter of the Anti-Racist Action and possibly the Industrial Workers of the World in the future. the Anti-Racist Action chapter still leaves alot to desire. Can I get any tips on organizing and some advice from anyone who has experience with these organizations? thanks :D
