In my part of Northern England it's around 2C, with a fairly cold but slow wind, and sunny at times. I don't mind cold weather too much, but I really hate it when the roads and pavements get slippy and sometimes even yaktrax or similar things won't always work as they should - I would rather it be -10 and no ice more than 1 and icy.

Hopefully the terrible weather conditions over much of the continent will end soon, it's causing chaos and death all over Europe.

Thick layer of snow now (at least by dutch standards), it was the coldest night in 27 year last night, -22.5 C at one place, just biked 5 minutes to the trainstation just now and even with my termo clothes froze my balls off, very glad I decided to grab the train and not bike the full 45 minutes like I normally do.
Now just hoping that the trains still run by the time I need to go back this afternoon.

Feels very cold outside today, especially with the wind, much colder than the -1 in temperature. It's supposed to snow at some point this weekend, so hopefully enough snow will fall that the ground won't be too slippery.
