Don't know if anybody has heard, but the Archbishop of York, John Sentamu, a few days ago sparked a massive row in York about marriage, here's the offending article:

There was a protest in York today against the Archbishop, which went well and attracted a lot of media coverage.
Just waiting to see what response the Archbishop gives. If he's not tactful this could really mothball. Could light the fire for same-sex marriage to be forced onto the statute book, which would be a massive victory for the LGBTX community.
