I am from India, but my brother is a US citizen. How long will it take for me to get there - 10 years max?

Here's information for potential immigrants: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/immigrants_1340.html
There's a US Citizenship and Immigration Services office in New Delhi. If you get ahold of them they'll probably be able to answer any questions. Those of us who live here usually don't know much about the immigration process.
One of my ex-girlfriends is Lithuanian; if I remember correctly it took her and her family around 10 years of permanent residency to get full citizenship.

My brother is already a US citizen, so that's the only place he can help me with. Besides, God has blessed America, it is a good Christian nation with morals and principles.

I see you're an "anarcho-calvinist" ... does that imply you're a capitalist? Considering John Calvin was one of the leaders of the movement to allow Christians to get involved in finance by stating usury is not a sin?

I like Calvin's theological position. Doesn't mean I follow his every word on matters of politics or economics. I am against capitalism.

Just because your brother is a US citizen doesn't mean jack shit. It could actually be even more difficult for you. Some of my family members had their passports destroyed (cut to pieces before their eyes by FSOs) when they tried to get visas to visit their sister in America (who married an American and got citizenship). They were accused of trying to go to the US just to marry someone like their sister did.

It's much easier to get into the US if you had a parent or spouse there, citizen preferably- easiest way for green card that way.
You said your brother is a US citizen, that will help better than if he was just a legal resident when you apply for it. What does your brother do in America? Does he have a stable income? Immigration officials will usually take that into consideration if they're considering granting you entry into the US and starting the process of becoming a legal resident, and eventually a green card down the road. It's far easier than if you were coming here alone- but you might have to wait awhile until you are formally cleared. IIRC, immigration officials will also take your age into consideration.
Depending on who handles your case and what they declare, how much time it may take will vary. I'm not sure on how the US treats cases from India or how the office there handles it- don't expect it to be quick though. Since you are applying through your brother, you will be under the F4 category. This particular area is backlogged and under a quota system- some 65,000 are allowed yearly- so you might be looking at getting held down for some time as your paper circulates around. India is particularly backlogged with requests for permanent residence visas. It isn't uncommon for some people to get stuck years in this process, some more than 10 years.
Check the link CanisLupus posted, which has a link to a form four brother in the States should fill out and send to immigration for your case to get processed. I suggest also trying to visit your brother to see if you would like being in the States- can the brother help you get a job? Would you mind living with him until you get started? Would he be able to let you live with him? It's tough for immigrants right now if you come here blind. Plus your reasons for coming to the US, you may be disappointed when you come here if you're means of judging the US is by it being 'blessed by God'.
