and it has some uncanny similairitys with the regime it is doing goodwill for: http://www.at5.nl/artikelen/75244/noord-koreaans-restaurant-opent-in-a-dam

A. it is drab, ugly, desolate and tacky as hell
B. it is so fucking expensive no worker could ever afford to eat there (80 euro's for a meal)
C. it is completly insane, its located in a midle of nowhere residential suburb, no buisness, no tourists, not anyone in the neighboorhood who wants more than a snackbar, apizzaria or a really cheap chinese takeaway.

now if this was a well excuted, novilty theme restaurant with either cheap or excellent food in the midle of the center this could work but as such it will probably and hopefully only serve as a gateway for the 9 imported cooks to escape their homeland and ask for refugee status.

very warm intimate lighting in the dining room. a perfect place to recommend to a shy someone to take a potential love interest for a first date.

It doesn't look that bad compared to restaurants in general... but then, I've only gone to a Denny's when I was little that I remember.
Anyway, North Korea itself is fucking beautiful.

This part is a bit misleading. The meal is a nine-course meal so in effect its just teaching workers to get together and purchase meals by the nine.

Jk, this is a really bad idea.
