This really doesn't go in politics, and really doesn't go anywhere else, but I thought that this is just the most beautiful and inspiring thing ever. rwb.reddit.com At the time I'm posting this, the site is just 13 hours old and there are already 4000 people who are interested in volunteering their skills both on and offline to causes like the one above.
There are many who say that the internet and technology are atomizing forces, but things like this show the power of online networks to organize and do some real good.
Once again, this isn't really related to revleft-type topics, but I thought that people here would find it interesting, if not as inspiring as I see it.
