I'm Scarr. I'm a highschool commie in Minnesota influenced by both Trotskyism and Maoism. I was raised a far-left liberal, but my dad's Marxism pulled me even farther left. My political history looks something like this: Liberal->Social Democract->Libertarian Leftist->Anarchist-> Marxist-Leninist. Anyway, I'd been trying to sign up here for a while, but apparently the registration was disabled. I'm also a rapper and you can check out my channel in my signature. I only have one song up now, but I used to have a lot more. They are all being re-done. More will be on the way soon.

Me too. :thumbup1:

Welcome to the forum. If you have any questions, the learning forum would probably be helpful.

influenced by both Trotskyism and Maoism.

Can you elaborate on this? How exactly do you reconcile positions as mutually hostile as Maoism and Trotskyism?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Just a heads up, if your youtube channel contains videos, photos or any kind of material which might be used to identify you, I suggest you keep it out of your signature.
This has to do with security issues this board is a bit strict about (no personal information policy).

Basically, I am a Maoist, but I believe heavily in Proletarian Internationalism. I am against the Stalinist concept of "Socialism in One Country." The only thing that separates me from Mao (and I don't know if this carried into the actual concept of Maoism) is that I'm not big on nationalism, at all. I also believe in strong political freedoms (I guess people associate that with Trotskyism now?), which was carried over from my anarchist past.

I'm curious, do you think that there exists something as a progressive national bourgeoisie nowadays, and if yes, where?
Basically, I'm wondering what's your position on the (in)famous bloc of four classes line.

No I don't think such a class exists nowadays. I agree with the concept of New Democracy, but I think that idea of a National Bourgeoisie only applied to Mao's era.
