From the standing of an individual, which contributes more to the creation of a better society: theory and education, or praxis? Why?
I think the better answer is praxis, but I'm not sure.

I know what it is you mean, but taken literally, it is not true.
I'm asking for the better between education by theory and education by practice/example.

Praxis, praxis, praxis.
I don't want to be "that anarchist," but look at anarchist Spain. The vast majority of people were not formally educated in anarchist theory. Sure, some were, but most acted in what was perceived as being in their best interest. That's not to say they didn't have some idea of the main positions of anarchist theory; what I'm saying is that in this situation, praxis was more heavily emphasized than theory. I'm also not trying to imply that there was some sort of a formal vanguard in the Leninist sense, or imply that it's necessary.
Appealing to that sense of what's in someone's best interest, I find, is the easiest way to create sympathy for anarchism and communism in general. That's my experience through conversation, anyway.
