As myself I can speak Russian so I do watch Russian TV news and I starting realise is kind of cold war between Russia and USA all the time seems Russia blaming USA for everything all the time is negative side from USA and UK. Is like going back in Soviet Union times on news channel. Is that starting for cold war or just provocation?

Well to be fair, over its whole existence, the USA and UK very much blamed the Soviet Union/Russia for everything too. I do know where you are coming from but in my opinion, its good that they don't do what 95% of the world media do. And anyway, why on earth should Russia not take a negative viewpoint of said nations? I'm sorry if I have misunderstood your post just in case, but since when did Russia ever really have good relations with USA and UK?

I dunno, the US now broadcasts RT as its own channel (at least in big cities), which mostly purports how great Russia is, so I don't think things are terrible. That said, I grew up in the US and it was pretty engrained in us in school how backwards and bad Russia was/is. Luckily, some of us don't fall for such propaganda.
