Poland air crash video: any info on this?

A couple of years back, after the air crash in Poland that killed the prime minister and other politicians, there was an individual who shot footage of the area right after the crash and it appears to show Russian soldiers going in and shooting a few survivors:

I was wondering if anyone had any updates on what exactly happened in this footage, if it's legit or not. Apparently the guy who filmed it was recently murdered, which makes this whole thing a lot more sinister. I looked all over for news sources on this, and the media has remained silent on this footage for some reason.

So some criminals shoot some other criminal scum, if that was so, what would be the great relevance and difference from just dying in the crash? It's either a little squabble between two factions of the ruling class or simply an accident that happened to kill a lot of criminal scum from the ruling class - does it really matter?

I don't think this conspiracy theory holds much weight, it seems more likely that this is just a hoax or a very misrepresented and manipulated piece of footage. It doesn't seem possible that anyone could have survived that crash and besides if this was really a thought-out and planned operation by the Russians then why is there just some old boy in a blue coat in full view of everything? The cameraman isn't exactly discreet either talking away to himself and stumbling around the woods. I also don't see how these executioners could have been in the exact spot where the plane crashed, and at the perfect time as well. There's a reason this clip hasn't really been reported much by the mainstream media.

I'm just curious to know what exactly is going on in that video. I know it really is footage of the crash site, because the wreckage matches later footage in the media so that part at least is legit.

I don't know, this reeks more conspiracy theory than anything else. All the links in the video description go to different PrisonPlanet articles and there's been no activity on that topic since May 2010- if there was such damning and legitimate evidence for this should it have not burned out nearly two years ago shortly after the peak of media hype over the plane crash? I know for awhile some Polish nationalists were insinuating that the Russians did this to destroy Poland by cutting off the head (leadership)... though that just gives credence to a really, really, simplistic view of the state.

Any attempt by myself to find more info tends to get into websites and articles which also concern NWO-esque manipulation by shadowy groups, Freemasons, and the real 'truth' behind 9/11. I haven't really found much concerning this beyond relinking of this video and "the journalist who recorded this died and they couldn't post an obituary because of the government!".

Honestly looking at the way the video tries to 'enhance' things reminds me of big-foot footage and the dialogue is more laughable than serious, like something out of a cheesy movie. Maybe that's just the translating though.

Then again maybe the government is preventing me from finding the truth. Or I might be a government agent paid to dissuade people from the truth of this crash, because it would blow the lid off nearly every other mystery that has plagued humanity.
