So here's the deal. I am attempting to make a stencil, however since this is my first ever attempt I am going to need some assistance.
The picture I am using to try and make this stencil is this one.

Would the attached image make a good stencil design or is there something I need to fix.

it looks okay, i think it will work
but..
i would try to position the 'connection points' (where the insides of your stencil are linked to the remaining material) on more natural places.
for example
on the left mustache, not half way but right under the nose or under the mustache above the lip. and take a look where the heads connect, leave space there instead of a bit further.
personally i like to cut them out from pressed cardboard, the grey stuf about 3 mm thick, this way the stencil won't bend and fold if you want to use them in a vertical position (walls etc)
make sure the material you're using doesn't soke in the paint, it will ruin the stencil. if you use cardboard, first give it a gentle spray to coat it lightly, ore use some gleu to stiffen it up and prevent soaking, don't forget the edges.
if you spray it on cloth, try to get your hands on a can of bitumen based paint, perfectle dark and thick enough t stay on top like the prints on a tshirt. the crust will brake if you wash it, but the pigment remains
have fun good luck and let us know how it turned out
edit:
after taking a second look, all of the above is only usefull if you want to spray the black parts
but i think you can cut one out for the white parts as well, leave out some and attach the middle heads right brow to the head on its right side..

Thanks for the advice! :)
I'm still learning and will play around a bit more on the design.
As for the material, I plan on using some kind of stiff clear plastic and just use a razor to cut it out.
I need to get my printer fixed, but once I do, I'll get to work on cutting this stuff out and having some test sprays until I get it right. I'll post the final design on here if it works out alright so others can use it.

if you use transparent plastic you don't need a printer.. you can trace it, just put it up to your screen..
