I've been wondering a few things about Cuba lately. I come to all of you because I'm sure you have the answers and can prove this wrong and I hope one of you can provide the documentation.

Anyway, I have heard that the Cuban government has actually tortured prisoners. This I doubt, but nevertheless, I'd like to hear what you all have to say.

I've also heard that homosexuals are sent to "reeducation camps". I also doubt this, but it's the same as the previous question.

And finally, do they intern AIDS victims?

I don't want to take word of mouth either way, so if you have any links, papers, whatever please post them. I'm curious.

Journalism is journalism, what you make of it is up to you. There was also an incident in 1962 during which allegations by US POW's were made that accused Cubans of possesing a torture program in which they would torture in an effort to acquire wanted information.

*shrug* :(
