Well, that last video is oversimplified but somewhat better. At least they don't have Rasputi.in leading the revolution! WTF?

The second video could have been done by Disney (post-Walt).

Wouldn't it be awesome if you were just carrying bread one day, and all of a sudden you just join up randomly with an angry mob?

It's Warner Bros, the people that brought us Looney Tunes and Animaniacs.
My favorite episode is the Napoleon episode.

Haha, I noticed that too. Not even an attempt to depict how masses of people would be motivativated for such a revolution. It is portrayed instead like Lenin or Rasputin(?!) is the Piped Piper and the masses come under his spell and foolishly follow him to overthrow the government, singing the whole way through.

This is exactly how I imagine the revolution happening.

This thread made me think, actually.
Are there any good revolutionary communist cartoonists and animators who would better depict historical and contemporary stuggles?
Seriously, that Warner Bros video is the first time I've seen Lenin or the 1917 Revolution in Russia portrayed semi-positively in an English language cartoon.
Can we do better, with our own independent media outlets and our own entertainers/artists/educaters, even using animation?

Continuing from my last post...
Currently I'm reading about the liberation struggles of LGBTs in America.
What if that was told vividly by communists through the medium of animation?

The rest of the Histeria! episode on the Russian Revolution is pretty positive about Lenin as far as I remember (it's been a while) it's anti-Stalin obviously but I'm cool with that.

This was apparently from the first Anastasia animated movie. The more popular one was preceded by this.

This should be the theme tune of Revleft. Then we should use it as the song of the revolution.

Rasputin infiltrated the Marxist revolution. He is a CIA agent.
