I decided to remove this since I can't find any further documentation on the article I was forwarded,so it most likely is a hoax.

scary stuff. I don't know how true it is, but Sodomy is the law of the land anyway in the lone-star state, so I wouldn't be too sure either way.

Do you have a source for this? Can this article be found on the internet? Who is the author? When was this written?

Good. I hope they succeed. I want the american public to lose faith in their leaders.

I wasn's laughing at child abuse BTW, I was laughing at right-wing assholes getting their just desserts.

Apparently, both Texas Monthly and the Austin-American Statesman have been handed reports from the Austin Police department police Department detailing a psychologist’s examination of Jenna Bush relating to her arrest for unlawful behaviour on May 29, 2001

I doubt that this has much validity to it, since there is no way an unlawful behavior is going to pull in a psycgologist's exam. That requires a court case seperate to the actual charge and can only be initiated by the state if they feel the defendent is incappable of understanding the proceedings and charges. The other way would be if the defense is trying for non mentas compas (sp?), or mentally ill defense. Which is only tried in like 1 to 5% of all cases with a 5 to 10 percent chance of success. The daughter of the US president claiming insanity would have been news.

The last option is if the court decided that she needed psychiatric treatment for her probation or punishment, which wouldn't be the case. She would see a therapyst at the most and at the most of that they would only issue a GAF, Global Assesment Test, which is really just scales of 1 to 10. And generally is just a yes or no question to the doctor by the Judge, (has your patient achieved desired goals?) yes, no. Or do you feel your patient is still a hazard to themselves or anyone else?

Doctor Patient privacy rights would make it almost impossible, even by a court order to get her psych makeup to the police.

And since it was a rape charge, if that were true, the victim has to come forward not the doctor.

A lot of laws and protections are making this a pretty much dead end story of untruths. Nothing like this, to this degree, occurs at that level of an offense.

On top of all that, it would be wasted money on the state's part to go to this degree of caring. And we all know that America believes in 'tough love'.
