My friends and I celebrated Orthodox Christmas one year (we're not Catholic, why use the Pope's calendar?) but we got the day wrong. We knew when Britain went Gregorian the difference was 11 days. We didn't realise that the two calendars have drifted apart by another 2 days in the last 200 years or so. Oh well. We all got cheap presents in the sales anyway.
