Last is Russia and their allies
(lastly their are fascist counties. They don't exist anymore)

Seriously, I don't think we can ever accurately know- but as a guess I'd say America and allies vs. China and other "socialist" countries vs. middle east like Iran and Syria. or maybe the latter two will be allies...

What about Christian theocracies? It is not only Islam that has theocracies in its history, Salazar's Estado Novo can easily be called a theocracy and he belonged to the right-wing Academic Center of Christian Democracy.
